Tonga vs Kiwis

On saturday there was an exciting game these two strong teams unfold and bring out all their skills an awesome run aways. The teams were Tonga and kiwis tonga has never won a game against kiwis could this change tongas point of view in league history. Previously both teams have two wins, So this looked like it was going to be a tie breaker looking at the teams there really equil besides there strategies.

Tonga and the Kiwis walking out of there locker room both teams smiling and some nervous. First they sang the national anthem both teams bursting of adrenaline rush while they did there haka. Both teams ready Tonga was standing strong and Kiwis standing confident. The Kiwis launches the ball into the air the first person to take the ball was Jason taumalolo, he caught the ball and started running at a pase SUDDENLY HE BUMPS! OFF a player and gets tackled,

And there is a penalty from kiwis tonga goes for penalty kick and adds on 2 points to zero (2-0) after that kick it was time for the kiwis to kick the launched it in the air and they catch it Dallin number two dodges people like nothing and SCORES! (Points are (2-4) (27 minutes time) Jordan running running and gets a conner TRIE! (points/ 2-8 )

(2 minutes pass) shawn johnson running and scores. (12 points (2 - 12))

(9 minutes pass) roger running gets tackled in mid air and somehow Tries. Tonga with a trail david running on the sideline tonga kicks it david caches it he turns and curves AND HE TIES!!). David behind tonga bolting it, his team mate back passes and davit boost it to the try line and scores 10 - 16 at the end. Tonga wins by 6 points 28 / 22.

Today i did a DLO it is about word problems i have finished it in a day the slide i found the essayist was slide 2 a multiplication problem  the one i found the hardest was slide 5  multiplication problem 59 x 599 the slide i liked the most was slide 3.

today i played Sudoku and i think i got everything right on this template the way you play it is fill in the missing number EG: there are 5 8 2 and then you fill in the missing numbers 1-9 so 1-3-4-6-7-9.

today i learned about equivalent fractions we used paper and we folded it in half's 3 times and tell what the fractions where the first one was 1/2 then,2/4 last,4/8 after that we had to do a little test for fractions. later on we did the same thing we folded it 3 times but this time we wrote what the fractions where, last our teacher Mrs Tele'a told us about equivalent fractions and how they work.

today a man called Mr Patterson had a talk about success for the future he told us 'have you ever thought about what you will be in the future'. he talked about grit and our life changes. after he talked he told us about this 11 year old boy changed a 60 year old mans life in two weeks how he did this he sees this poor man crying this poor man was crying about something really bad can happen to any one these thing where he got kicked out of his house, he got fired and ,he got a divorce this boy named willy for two weeks gave the poor man a pie and his lunch money for two weeks the old man was so great full that he walked with him to school and told the teachers about him and he got a gold ticket that you get once a year for special students at the end Mr Patterson took willy to Wellington

Title	Why is regular exercise important?
Introduction	I will explain how exercise does these 4 things. boosting energy,how to stay strong,  thirdly the benefit of fitness, and it takes time  so the main thing about exercise is to pace yourself there are some simple ways to become fit. You could be doing it without you knowing. For example walking to school every day could burn some fat and make you more fit.
Information 1st element	First diets are important for you it will boost your energy depending on the diet you're on. It really helps if you drink water while you do exercise. The main part of having a diet is to lower your weight, lower sugar levels, and blood cholesterols.(blood cholesterols is a fancy way of saying fats or oils in your blood)
Information 2nd element	Second you could be over weighted  people could  bully you a way to stop bulling is stand up for yourself that leads you to bullying them. So just find a way to decline these nasty comments by starting weak and finishing strong WITH EXERCISE! It improves strength and lowers your blood levels and it makes you feel healthier and good you will start to notice the difference before and after.
Information 3rd element	Third there are no shortcuts to exercise only time exercise is not easy it is harder than it seems
4th element	another ways to exercise is to lift weights and dumbbells There are specific ways of lifting these things you only use certain parts of your body which is called escalation. When you start it will be hard at the end you can be doing exercise like you have never done before

Conclusion

I hope you take my advice and use it as an advantage for fitness it may change your life span it’s another way to take away depression from you getting bullied, i hope you think about it and realize that you need fitness in your life.

today 16 of October 2017 we had a immension assembly our principle Mr Bert gathered some teachers to make a band they played a song themed as musical madness it was a live preference. it was team 1 first they made a item about playing snap and listing to music and the point was to see what music does to your emotions. it was team 2's turn they had a song it was the lion sleeps tonight there where 4 of them 3 of them where making sounds and 1 was singing. it was team 3's turn they did a lip sinking item they used music for there statements and used expressing songs to show there emotions.

(today we had to go out to the pt england reserve to wach our school team wich are called the flounder team), the first thing we did was had a short assembely aftter we walked to the ptengland reserve and wached them catch some flounder we sang a waiata and said a prer then we wallked back to school.

(what where going to do wtih the flounder) we are going to put them in a containter and grow them so they can breed healthyer fish and help keep our enviorment entertaining to see what we did with the enviorment and how we could help in other places around NZ if you have a chance to speach to one of your techers you sould try and convince this (this might chance the whole of NZ) you could make you local reserve/river alot healthyer than it was in the first place. we worked together with kauri flats school catched 4 and we catched more than 20 flounder. Tongan language week

Last week on Friday September the 5th I did a performance for our school it was tongan language week and we had to share a tongan item on that very day I had to do the haka with people that are tongan or half tongan. How do people become wealthy people become wealthy because of their constant really good reports they get good grades in school that leads them to success in their life they also are wealthy because of their education and there job. After they are fully educated they will start earning tons of money for their house, kids, and a ,car. they do these things as well pay for bills, pay for tax, pay for electricity, and pay for internet, and other important grown up things.How do people suddenly become poor, there is all sorts of ways to become poor but there is one that stands out the most. One man lived a normal life with his mom and dad he was about 20 when he had a job, he found out that his dad had lung cancer he was really upset that very day he sat with his dad for a week. The next week when he was doing things around the house his dad got a heart attack he sadly died from a common diagnosis but he still had hope in his life but he didn't have as much money as when his dad was alive his mom got sick the doctors explained what happened. she had a disease  it was called Ischemic Heart Disease and she sadly died from that and here is where he became poor he was trying to pay the bills and other things but he was not that rich and his job was at a takeaway shop he suddenly got kicked out from his mum's house. This happened to a man with a normal life and he became poor.

Should fidget spinners be banned from school

Fidget spinners were first brought out in 2003 the first fidget spinners were not that useful only for spin just like in 2017. 2017 is when fidget spinners went viral the only bad thing is that kids take them to school and cause some problems like there fidget spinners getting lost or there fidget spinners brake and get taken off because spinning was not aloud in class.

So my opinion is that we should ban fidget spinners from schools you could do a little fidget spinner but never bring them back. Because of these problems most of the schools in new zealand have banned fidget spinners. Before all schools ban fidget spinners your could help and make fidget spinners peaceful
